Job Title: Head of Private Clients
Location: Bristol (office based with regional travel)
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

Role Summary:
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone ready to step out of a traditional HNW broking role and build something with lasting value. You’ll inherit a warm book of high-net-worth clients and work closely with regional offices to generate early momentum. As the proposition matures, you’ll shape the client experience, attract new business, and play a leading role in growing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of HNW clients: Deliver tailored, relationship-driven service
* Collaborate across the business: Generate referrals and raise internal awareness
* Grow the book: Develop new client relationships and establish your profile
* Help shape the department: Influence direction, proposition, and long-term growth
* Support team growth: Build and mentor as the business scales
Requirements:
* Strong experience working with HNW insurance clients
* A portable book of business or active HNW network
* Confidence working cross-functionally with commercial teams
* Strategic mindset with the drive to build and grow a proposition
* Open to travel across regional offices
