Operations Co-ordinator
Location: Rowley Regis
Salary: £30,000–£35,000
Reports to: STC Operations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Operations Co-ordinator, you’ll help keep the site running smoothly day-to-day, including:
Ensuring the site is always safe, efficient and compliant.
Completing monitoring checks and planning next treatment steps.
Updating internal systems with batch activities and treatment changes.
Following company procedures, work instructions and RAMS to maintain exceptional H&S standards.
Carrying out site inductions, toolbox talks and checking contractor RAMS.
Maintaining excellent operational standards and suggesting improvements.
Managing equipment stock levels and organising replacements.
Reporting site deficiencies and safety concerns promptly, recording actions taken.
Managing documentation in line with the site permit and quality systems.
Carrying out regular safety, quality and compliance checks (fire safety, first aid, calibrations, maintenance records, asbestos logs, monthly checks).
Working closely with the Works Manager to plan site activities.
Supporting housekeeping standards and assisting the QA/QC teams.
