The ideal candidate Previous experience in a similar role required – restaurant/bar/reception Have excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered consistently Knowledge of Simphony software is advantageous Ability to effectively interact with management, team members and guests in a professional manner Be a team player as well as an individual worker Must have transport To provide attentive service during the meal and watch for special requests. To assist in the general cleaning of your working areas.
