As a Finance Analyst my core purpose is to: Provide support for both the Leased & Tenanted division and Property Team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to build strong analytical skills, producing weekly performance reports, supporting new site acquisitions, and analysing data to identify trends. Ownership of weekly reporting for Leased & Tenanted Division and any subsequent analysis arising in order to identify trends in performance. Translate financial data into clear, concise commentary for non-financial stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, tools and data accuracy. Support automation and efficiency initiatives within finance reporting and analysis. Support the Finance Business Partner (L&T and Property) with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required Prepare and distribute periodic reports to stakeholders Support the Financial Analyst with any other requirements as needed Key stakeholders: · Reports to Finance Business Partner (L&T and Property) ·
