* Week 1
o Wednesday: 7am – 1pm (Day)
o Saturday: 7am – 1pm (Day) or 12pm – 9pm (Afternoon/Evening)*
o Sunday: 8pm – 8am (Night)
* Week 2
o Wednesday: 7am – 1pm (Day)
o Saturday: 8pm – 8am (Night)
o Sunday: 8pm – 8am (Night)
These shifts could be split differently after negotiation.
Applicants need to be able to do at least 2 shifts per week with flexibility to cover other shifts when needed.

About The Role
I live in my own home, area IP6, with a diagnosis of generalised dystonia and autism. I need support with all daily living tasks including personal care and transfers. I have an active mind and prefer to make my own choices, assisted by support when necessary. While I spend most of the day in my wheelchair, I hope to get a recliner chair for better comfort. I enjoy traveling to support my personal interests such as Boccia games and tournaments that require travel/stays, and caring for my dog and pony. I need a Personal Assistant who is supportive, understanding, and willing to go places.
Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day living activities
* Assist with access to local community and surrounding areas
* Help with attendance at Boccia games and tournaments, including travel/stays
* Provide personal care and support for emotional well‑being
* Help manage situations that may cause anxiety
* Support transfers, especially when a hoist is needed (second or third PA may provide backup)
* Cover colleague leave or sickness on a pro‑rata basis

Requirements
* Candidate must be female and have prior experience supporting clients with mobility requirements.
* Knowledge of generalised dystonia and autism is beneficial; full training will be provided.
* Driver’s licence and ability to drive, as public transport is not suitable. You should be able to use a mobility car for transport.
* Flexible availability to accommodate changing hours.
