The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience using Makaton in an educational or care setting. Experience working with non-verbal children, ideally within a school or SEN environment. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children with additional needs. A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience. About the Role: Support pupils with communication difficulties, particularly those who are non-verbal. Use Makaton to facilitate learning, interaction, and emotional expression.
