Waking Night Support Worker
We are looking for a Waking night to join our Service in Old Colwyn, Conwy.

What you’ll be doing:
8. To assist each client throughout the night
9. Be a friendly face for them to wake up to, should they become unsettled, providing emotional support,
10. Completing paperwork.
11. Always providing excellent service and quality provision to achieve outstanding care & support.
12. You will encourage the people we support to achieve independence, provide personalised care, and promote empowerment and inclusion.
13. You will have a flexible approach to your working hours to meet the needs of the business and the people we support.
14. The position is within Queens Court (Oak Unit), a residential assessment & rehabilitation unit for 26 individuals aged 18 and over who have a Mental Health diagnosis.
Who you are:
15. Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
16. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
17. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
18. Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities,
