Our client is an established engineering company and due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of CNC Programmer operate 3 & 5 axis milling machinery at our client's factory near Heanor. Benefits: Excellent basic salary £39K - £50K Overtime 33 days annual leave Sick pay Pension The Role: Reporting to the Team Leader the CNC Programmer will be responsible for operating / programming of 3 and /or 5 axis CNC milling machines (Mazak and /or DMG). Machining a wide range of large one off fabricated parts / components from various metals including stainless steels, titanium, aluminium, nickel alloys and carbon steels. Candidate: You will be an experienced CNC Programmer with at least 3 years experience in setting and /or programming 3 and /or 5-axis machinery to machine large fabricated parts. You will be familiar with one or more of the following controls systems; Mazatrol, Siemens, Heidenhain or Fanuc Hours of Work: Monday to Friday days 39 hours OT (Lunch time finish Friday) Various shifts available including days, nights and rotating shifts
