Monday–Thursday 9:00am–6:00pm | Friday Remote
Altius Talent is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to grow and deliver within the UK international logistics market, focusing on mid to senior-level Sales and Management placements.
This is a commercial, delivery-led role working with established logistics and freight forwarding clients across the UK. You will recruit into roles with salaries of £50,000+, advising businesses on critical commercial and leadership hires.

The Role
* Deliver Sales, Commercial Leadership, and Management hires across the UK logistics market
* Manage and grow relationships with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and supply chain businesses
* Run a full 360 recruitment desk with autonomy and ownership
* Advise clients on hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and market insight
* Build long-term, repeat revenue through quality placements
About You
* Recruitment experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector preferred
* Experience placing mid to senior-level candidates
* Confident dealing with hiring managers, directors, and business owners
* Commercial, consultative, and results-focused
* Motivated by quality work, strong fees, and progression
