Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to support and grow our UK dealer and customer network. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving market share, and providing expert product guidance—particularly in the area of aftermarket engine management systems and automotive electronics.
The successful candidate will work closely with UK-based dealers and customers, delivering both technical support and sales development. This position is hybrid, combining office-based administration and planning with regular field visits. Occasional weekend work is required to support trade shows, motorsport events, and exhibitions, with time off in lieu provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with UK dealers, customers, and key accounts.
* Promote Race Winning Brands Europe products, with an emphasis on aftermarket engine management systems and electronics.
* Drive brand awareness and expand market share through proactive sales activity and technical engagement.
* Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training sessions to customers.
* Support the UK General Manager in defining and delivering sales targets and growth strategies.
* Attend industry shows, events, and track days as a company representative (including some weekends).
* Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for product or process improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales performance.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Strong technical knowledge of aftermarket engine management systems and automotive electronics.
* Hands‑on experience with Haltech products would be an advantage.
* Proven background in technical sales, dealer support, customer‑facing technical roles or hands‑on technical role within the motorsport or automotive performance industry.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Comfortable with regular travel around the UK.
* Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
