Responsibilities
* Collect and input relevant data into the organisation's in‑house Carbon Footprint Reporting system and send updated copies to our analytical partner on a regular basis.
* Complete submissions for WRAP food waste and Coulthard Water agreement on an annual basis.
* Update sustainability portals with information as required per customer requirements in a timely manner.
* Liaise with all departmental managers to ensure data flow.
* Attend in‑person and remote meetings with analytical partners or other stakeholders to report on issues or update progress.
* General housekeeping.
* General scanning, filing and archiving, to assist the Safety and Sustainability department ensure compliance with all aspects of the department's responsibilities.
* Other data entry or filing tasks as required by the organisation.
