WE ARE BBC STUDIOS PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the delivery of global brand activations and marketing campaigns for Bluey. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross functional teams, they help bring 360 campaigns to life, driving consumer engagement and supporting commercial growth. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a robust understanding of the Bluey brand and guidelines. Your Key Responsibilities And Impact Campaign & Brand Activation: Support 360° campaigns, creative development, and delivery of compliant marketing assets. Budget & Project Management: Manage global marketing budget tracker, PO processes, and financial reporting. Brand Stewardship: Act as Bluey brand guardian, maintaining guidelines and key brand tools. Strategic Planning & Insights: Apply audience insights and marketing data to inform campaign strategy and evaluation. Collaboration & Leadership: Lead coordinators, builds cross-functional relationships, and promotes BBC values and inclusion. Essential Criteria YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience working in media/entertainment space, delivering multi-media marketing campaigns from concept to evaluation. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ideas, interpret data, and improve processes. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired But Not Required Experience and/or interest in Kids & Family genre Understanding of editorial and other compliance policies. Understanding and knowledge of the broadcasting industry and an interest in creative output.
