What You'll Do
* Take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, reviewing work and ensuring quality
* Support directors and senior managers with client relationships and business development
* Prepare statutory financial statements for a variety of companies and organisations
* Manage corporation tax returns alongside personal tax compliance work
* Oversee sole trader and partnership accounts, including associated tax filings
* Work with leading cloud accounting platforms, providing digital solutions to clients
* Take ownership of budgeting, billing, and recovery for assigned clients
* Guide, coach, and develop junior staff members
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
What We're Looking For
* ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
* Solid practice background with good technical knowledge of accounting and tax
* Understanding of UK accounting standards and corporate tax requirements
* Hands-on experience with cloud accounting systems is essential
* Exposure to personal tax work would be an advantage
* Strong people management and client management skills
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
