Responsibilities
* Monitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them.
* Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies.
* Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.
* Run book creation
* ITRS setup and monitoring
* Create change request and manage a change implementation.
* Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
* Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.
* Patch creation and VTM Patch
* Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.
Skills Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course
* 8+ years of experience in Prod support
* Must have good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANS
* Excellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow
* Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, Autosys
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
