The Role: Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Assist teachers with delivering tailored lessons and activities Help manage and support social, emotional, and behavioural needs Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentWho We're Looking For: We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including: Teaching Assistants or Learning Support Assistants Care Assistants, Support Workers, or those with a care background Individuals with personal experience supporting family or friends with additional needsPrevious school experience is beneficial but not essential.
