A leading Building Services organisation have an urgent requirementfor an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join their stable, progressive and award winning business. In the main, you will conduct planned and preventative maintenance of electrical services as well as reactive repairs and upgrades primarily in the Derbyshire, East Midlands areabut you will also be mobile and conduct the same services at other locations. You will be required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements, completing and documenting check sheets and reports for each PPM task, including daily and weekly system checks. Candidates sought will ideally have technical knowledge of critical environments power, H&V systems, fire alarm works and emergency lighting etc. Qualified Engineers might have City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) 2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualifications, these are desirable, but not essential and proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a mobile or static building services electricalrole with a desire to become mobile is highly sought. Candidates applying must have strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of commercial electrical systems, be a clear communicatorand have good customer service / facing skills.
