We're on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. Your Role:
As a Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly while helping deliver extraordinary food experiences. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
* Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
* Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
* Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
* Manage general administrative tasks.
Our Ideal Catering Supervisor:
* Passionate about great food and delivering exceptional customer service.
* A minimum of two years' experience in a catering environment.
* Experienced in managing teams in a similar role.
* Holds a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to upskill and grow.
