Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
* Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
* Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor operations.
* Experience the products and services on offer to better assist members.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities to above expectation standards, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with team support.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.

This is a full-time contract - 40 hours over 5 days. Availability for 5:30 am starts and/or 10:30 pm finishes is required, in line with gym hours, including some weekends.

* An outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Competence in administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop.
* Willing to participate in learning opportunities to advance skills and career.
* Ability to perform operational key holder duties as needed.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support team needs.
