Responsibilities include:
Partnering with senior leaders to shape people priorities and drive high performance
Leading talent management, engagement, and organisational development programs
Championing change management and employee experience initiatives
Managing recruitment, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
Leading on employee relations issues
Using data-driven insights to inform strategy and deliver results
Our client is looking for:
Proven HR business partnering experience
Strong background in talent development and organisational change
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to turn data into actionable HR strategies
Practical, working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment and wider team with the opportunity to innovate and shape the future of HR, making a tangible impact on business performance.
Salary up to £65,000 per annum plus bens.
