Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor - Events
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Plus Bonus and Excellent Benefits

We're seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to support safety, health, and environmental compliance at major events, primarily working at the head office in Milton Keynes with occasional trips to event venues. This role involves safeguarding all aspects of event safety, conducting risk assessments, and fostering continuous safety improvements across various locations.
The successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will:
Drive a positive Safety, Health, and Environment culture at offsite and trackside events.
Support risk assessments, develop control measures, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations, supporting ongoing improvements.
Coordinate safety training, engage stakeholders, and promote safety champions across departments.
Ensure all safety policies are adhered to and manage SHE incident reporting and resolution.The successful candidate will have:
Hold a professional SHE qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
Experience in safety management within high-paced environments, ideally in automotive, manufacturing or events.
Knowledge of UK legislation, risk management, and management systems like ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.
