Location: Sheffield (S35)
Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Sheffield (S35) from January 2026.
As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a modern foreign language. This role offers flexible day-to-day and long-term opportunities, ideal for teachers looking to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Teach one or more modern foreign languages across relevant key stages.
• Develop students’ communication skills and cultural awareness.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Encourage participation and confidence in language learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental goals.
Requirements for Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more modern foreign languages.
• Experience teaching MFL in UK schools is desirable.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities.
• A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL.
