Job Description
The Real Estate Partner will be:* Leading on complex commercial property matters including development and investment work* Advising a broad client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers* Driving business development and expanding the firm's real estate offering in Leeds* Managing and mentoring junior lawyers within the team* Building and maintaining strong client relationships* Collaborating with other departments on cross-disciplinary matters* Contributing to the strategic growth of the Leeds office
3. * Handling high-value transactions from instruction to completion
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Partner should be:* A Partner working in commercial property* Currently operating at Partner level or Director level within a reputable firm* Able to demonstrate a strong client following and referral network* Experienced in development, investment, and occupier work* Commercially minded with a track record of business development* A strong leader with the ability to mentor and grow a team
