The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team at a prestigious client site in Milton Keynes. This is a client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in providing a seamless, 5-star service that puts customer experience at the heart of everything you do. What You’ll Be Doing As Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership and lead by example — ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely, while delivering the highest standard of service. You’ll be the go-to person on site for day-to-day FM operations, deputising for the Senior Workplace Manager when needed. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Front of House and Floor Captain teams Coordinating and monitoring supplier services Ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery Preparing reports and operational data Identifying service improvements and driving positive change Keeping customer service central to all FM operations Maintaining statutory compliance and managing PPM schedules Responding promptly to reactive issues and overseeing incident management What We’re Looking For You’ll need to be professional, proactive, and people-focused, with a natural ability to deliver outstanding customer service and manage operational demands.
