This pivotal role oversees the external repairs contract, ensuring seamless operations, contractor performance, and value for residents. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of the external repairs contract, from performance monitoring and compliance to dispute resolution and continuous improvement. * Apply deep knowledge of commercial contracting principles to negotiate terms, control costs, and mitigate risks while maximising service delivery. * Oversee operational aspects of a Direct Labour Force (DLF), including resource planning, team leadership, health & safety, and integration with external providers.
