Duties
Evergreen's home support and wellbeing services are delivered with warmth, reliability, and professionalism. This role is central to creating a positive client experience, supporting staff and volunteers, and building connections that reduce loneliness and promote independence.
1. You will oversee the smooth delivery of Home Support and wellbeing services, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and person-centred.
2. Lead client and risk assessments,
3. Monitor quality and drive improvements,
4. Use digital systems effectively for communication and record-keeping.
5. You will be a trusted point of contact for clients and families, ensuring services are responsive and caring.
6. Respond to concerns with professionalism.
7. Provide cover in emergencies to maintain continuity of service.
8. Build supportive client and family relationships.
9. You will recruit, support, and develop Home Support Workers so they feel equipped and valued.
10. Foster teamwork, respect, and a culture of learning.
11. Recruit, induct, and supervise staff, including appraisals and return-to-work support.
12. Provide training, guidance, and pastoral care.
13. You will ensure services meet high standards of safety, accountability, and transparency.
14. Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and safeguarding.
15. Monitor resources and costs with the Chief Operating Officer.
16. Report outcomes to support improvement and fundraising.
17. You will strengthen Evergreen's presence in the community and build external partnerships.
18. Liaise with families, agencies, and partners to coordinate care.
19. Represent Evergreen as a positive ambassador.
20. Explore opportunities to develop and expand services.
We are looking for someone who:

* Understands safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection, while balancing efficiency with compassion.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable: Experience in the care, voluntary, or community sector. Knowledge of the Bexley and Dartford communities. Experience coordinating services or client support planning.

Pay: £12.90 per hour
