Logistics Co-ordinator
Location:South London -Hanell
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (1hr unpaid lunch)Salary: £13.50/hour | Temp to Perm | 3-month probation
A&G Resourcing Ltd is looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our well established client in Hanwell and become a part of fast-paced Operations team.This is a people-focused role with 80-90% of your time spent on the phone, liaising with clients, tenants, and our installation teams — so strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule daily deliveries and allocate resources effectively
* Be the main point of contact for clients, agents, and drivers
* Support installation teams remotely, resolving issues as they arise
* Plan rotas, track jobs, and handle daily admin
* Maintain systems and documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident people person who enjoys being on the phone
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
* Experience in logistics, operations, or a coordination role
* Comfortable using systems like Office 365 and Teams
