What you’ll be doing
Project Management
1. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep all parties informed and aligned
3. Coordinate resources across the agency team including creatives, designers, and production specialists
4. Track project finances, managing budgets and raising purchase orders in line with company processes
Stakeholder Liaison
5. Build strong working relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams
6. Attend briefing meetings and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, inspiring creative briefs
7. Present creative work to stakeholders at various stages of development, gathering and consolidating feedback
Brief Development & Quality Control
8. Write comprehensive creative briefs that inspire great work and provide clear direction
9. Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and business requirements
10. Review creative output for accuracy, quality, and alignment with brief objectives before presenting to stakeholders
Team Collaboration
11. Work closely with creative teams to ensure they have everything needed to produce excellent work
12. Support the Principle Account Partner in presenting work and managing senior stakeholder relationships
Problem Solving
13. Anticipate potential project risks and proactively develop solutions
14. Navigate challenges such as scope changes, tight deadlines, or conflicting feedback
The skills and experience you'll have unders your belt
15. Demonstrated account management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams
16. Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from brief to delivery
17. Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.)
18. Demonstrable ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders
19. Experience writing creative briefs and presenting work
20. Background in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Highly Desirable
21. Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, technology, or B2C brands
22. Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing campaigns
23. Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront)
24. Understanding of agile working methodologies
25. Previous exposure to working with senior stakeholders or presenting to leadership teams
