Responsibilities: We conduct technical reviews of data centre network and telecoms designs across the full project lifecycle. We assess and validate spine-leaf, EVPN/VXLAN, and high-performance fabric architectures. We review cluster and compute fabric layouts for high-density workloads and AI/GPU environments. We identify design risks, non-compliance issues, and scalability limitations. We provide independent engineering assurance across telecoms and infrastructure design packages. We participate in structured design review sessions with engineering and delivery teams. We support technical decision-making and change control processes. We produce structured risk assessments and technical recommendations. We support validation of high-performance compute and GPU-based infrastructure. We review high-speed network fabrics in 100G, 400G, and 800G environments. We assess hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity designs. We collaborate with procurement, construction, and cost engineering teams on technical feasibility. We support vendor design reviews, technical submissions, and equipment validation activities. We provide input into operational readiness and infrastructure handover processes. We produce design review reports, risk registers, technical assessments, and recommendations. We contribute to engineering standards and best practice documentation. This is a remote, hybrid, and project-based consultancy engagement for an initial six-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
