Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and driving recruitment strategy? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts and help shape the future of our client’s growing organisation.
About the Role:
As Recruitment Manager, you’ll take ownership of their internal recruitment process—from sourcing and attracting candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments and develop creative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across all departments
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
* Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and role requirements
* Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
* Analyse and report on recruitment metrics and performance
* Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
About You:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or agency role
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
Passionate about people and talent development
