The Ibrand Everything Group is a Belfast-based printing and signage specialist company that has experienced significant growth over the last few years. The Group incorporated Catchy Signs last year, a business with 45 years of successful trading.
Having invested significantly in printing machinery over the last year we are now recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead further growth across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
The Role
You’ll take the lead in developing new business opportunities, particularly with private and public sector businesses and organisations, and marketing/PR agencies. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first handshake to final delivery working closely with our in‑house production and design teams to bring bold brand ideas to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and owning your territory across NI and ROI.
* Leveraging your network to open doors to print buyers, marketing agencies, event managers, and brand teams.
* Managing your own pipeline; from lead generation and quoting to closing and follow‑up.
* Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Working closely with our internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Acting as a brand ambassador by representing Ibrand at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
What We Are Looking For
* 4–5 years+ B2B sales experience, ideally in branded merchandise, uniforms, signage, or marketing services.
* Strong commercial instincts; solid experience managing strong profit margins and sales prices.
* Someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, upselling, and loves closing deals that make a real impact.
* A confident presenter and negotiator with a professional yet personable approach.
* Willing to travel across NI and ROI as needed.
* Full clean driving licence.

* Base salary of £32,000 with realistic OTE of £65,000+.
