This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys working closely with production and leadership teams to drive performance.
The Role:
As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll act as a key business partner across operations, supporting strategic decisions with robust financial insight. You’ll play a crucial role in analysing manufacturing performance, improving margins, and driving efficiencies across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with operations and production teams to provide financial insight and challenge
* Analyse manufacturing performance, including cost of production, labour, and overheads
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
* Support pricing, margin improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
* Deliver clear and actionable reporting to senior leadership
* Identify opportunities for process improvement across finance and operations
About You:
* Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
* Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong understanding of costings, stock, and operational finance
* Commercially astute with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
