We are looking for a Residency Living Manager to join our Student Living team at Northumbria University (Newcastle & Gateshead).
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5:30pm (with a flexible approach)
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a vital part in student life – from organising welcome events and supporting wellbeing, to building strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders and university partners.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students with guidance, encouragement and a reliable friendly presence
* Leading the on-site team to deliver an outstanding student living experience
* Bringing creativity to events, communications, and community building
* Developing links with local businesses and stakeholders to create opportunities and partnerships
* Ensuring students feel supported from arrival through to graduation
