Goldenley Care Home has 39 bedrooms and provides exceptional residential care, residential dementia care, respite care, end of life care and day care. By joining us you will become one of the 'family' and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:Salary: £18.25 per hour45 hours a week, Monday - Sunday (alternate weekends)You will be required to be on-call alternate weeksAbout the role:As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the support needs of each of our residents every day. You will be responsible for coordinating and coaching care and ancillary teams to ensure that quality standards are continually improved, and outcomes are recorded and measured effectively.As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will ensure that your team is well supported to perform their roles safely, as this will assist them to provide the best care for our residents.
