Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Belfast - Fully Onsite
Salary: £24,500 starting
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours:
1. Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:45pm
2. Friday: 8:00am - 12:45pm
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy, professional team in Belfast. You will be trained to work with our in-house FM software package, helping to ensure that our systems and information are accurate and up to date in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Logging and updating calls in the FM software package
4. Raising and closing jobs in the system
5. Raising purchase orders for the supply chain
6. Updating notes on job progress in real-time
7. Answering phone calls and liaising with engineers and clients
8. Full training will be provided
Essential & Desirable Criteria:
9. Experience with Microsoft Office
10. Strong team-working skills
11. Previous experience in a helpdesk role
12. Experience with CAFM systems is advantageous
