We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist at New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The hotel is a stunning example of medieval architecture, England’s oldest listed moated house, 800 years old, offering a luxurious spa and health club alongside an award‑winning 2‑AA Rosette restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Support the success of the spa team, consistently delivering exceptional service with the guest at the heart of all activities.
* Demonstrate outstanding spa treatments and continuously develop knowledge to provide confident, positive recommendations for guests.
* Prioritise mindfulness and well‑being, maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Be inspired, enjoy the work, and contribute to the Hand Picked Team culture.
About You
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury 4/5‑star hotel spa environment is desirable.
* Current UK beauty therapy Level 3 qualification and confidence in all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments (including gel nail application).
* Driven to deliver outstanding, memorable customer service.
* Excellent rapport‑building skills, making guests feel at home, relaxed and creating magical memories.
* High emotional intelligence, anticipating guest needs to deliver a Hand Picked experience.
* Professional, organised and friendly approach, with the ability to anticipate and create memorable moments.
