An innovative technology business based in Cambridge is looking to hire an IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team.
This is a hands on role supporting around 80 users across the business, ensuring employees have reliable access to the systems, tools and devices they need to work effectively both on site and remotely.
The Role - IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line) - Cambridge
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and systems, troubleshooting issues and supporting day to day IT operations. You will also assist with onboarding and offboarding users, device setup and general IT administration.
Key Responsibilities - IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line) - Cambridge
• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to users across the business
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
• Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops and mobile devices
• Managing user accounts in a hybrid cloud environment
• Supporting Exchange Online administration
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding employees
• Supporting CRM and VoIP systems where required
Skills & Experience - IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line) - Cambridge
• Around 2 to 3 years experience in an IT support role
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach
