Job Title: Domiciliary Care Branch Manager Location: North Norfolk Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £45,000 per annum Bonus as branch hours increase Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to lead our North Norfolk branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and develop our domiciliary care services, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. - Manage the scheduling and coordination of care services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. - Monitor performance against targets and implement improvement plans as necessary. 2. Leadership and Staff Management: - Lead, motivate, and support a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and carers. - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. - Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant training programs. 3. Quality Assurance: - Ensure the branch meets and exceeds CQC standards for quality and safety. - Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including conducting audits and handling complaints effectively. 4. Client Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families. - Conduct initial assessments and regular reviews to ensure personalized care plans are implemented. - Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly. 5. Business Development: - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services within the North Norfolk area. - Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, health professionals, and other stakeholders. - Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to raise the profile of the branch. 6. Financial Management: - Manage the branch budget effectively, ensuring financial targets are met. - Oversee invoicing, payroll, and other financial processes. Required Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care or a related field.- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial processes.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Qualifications: - A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care Services) is desirable.- Evidence of continuous professional development.
