Job Title: Production Support Analyst
We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join FleetCor's IT organization on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves supporting both internal and external client production systems, working closely with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure all high-priority issues are effectively progressed.
2. Maintain smooth operation of production systems, promptly fixing issues as they arise.
3. Respond efficiently to alerts to minimize business impact.
4. Conduct routine checks to detect issues early and monitor areas requiring attention.
5. Support and maintain core applications within the organization.
6. Support incident management, system functionality, and change processes to meet business objectives.
Working Hours
The role requires flexibility, with working hours between 7 am and 7 pm.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring task prioritization.
* Proficiency in SQL, including running and creating queries.
* Quick learner with a curious mindset and willingness to acquire new skills.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of ITIL practices (desirable but not essential).
