Who We Are?
We’re a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday at our award-winning UK resorts. What you’ll be doing
You will be in the thick of the action with your team, ensuring that meals are prepped, cooked, and served to our exacting standards, to deliver delight to our guests. This includes:
* Supporting the kitchen management team in overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation and being the main point of contact on shift

* Helping to control food margins through effective stock management
* Championing and implementing health and safety and hygiene policies to ensure team and guest safety
* Identifying the development needs of team members and providing coaching and support to them
One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a real passion for food, who can demonstrate the following:
* At least Level Two Hygiene Certificate
* Experience working as a chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen

It’s the icing on the cake if you have worked in a busy kitchen on a holiday park and have experience supervising others.
We have a can-do, people-centred ethos at Away Resorts, and we look for certain qualities in our team members. Read about it and see if you fit the bill.
* Training & Development
* Regular incentives, rewards, and recognition
* Discounted holidays across all our parks
* On Park Discounts
