As the Territory Sales Manager for the Public Access division, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and developing business with existing and new customers in line with the Regional Sales Manager’s guidelines within the defined sales territory, while meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial targets, utilizing both Direct and 3rd Party Distribution Channels.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
* Maintain and develop business within your territory, meeting or exceeding targets, using Direct and 3rd Party Distribution Channels.
* Analyze the marketplace, develop an effective sales strategy, and present it to management for approval.
* Maximize sales activities from product introduction to contract negotiation.
* Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers in all accounts, reporting regularly to the Regional Sales Manager.
* Develop existing accounts and acquire new ones.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
* Participate in professional congresses and events as required.
* Provide technical support and training to customers, utilizing company resources effectively.
* Maintain and expand product, technology, and market knowledge.
