About The Role
Undergraduate Digital Construction and Information Coordinator – commencing August/September 2025.
Working hours: Full time, 37 hours per week. 12‑month fixed‑term placement.
Salary: £25,878 per year (Real Living Wage).
Location: Office at Pity Me, Durham – with site visits across the North East region. Flexible working from home and independent travel between sites required.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of capital projects as part of the Digital Construction Team.
* Provide critical data management and system support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure digital information required to build safe, reliable assets is accurate, accessible, and compliant with industry standards.
* Establish the new Common Data Environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Support the setup of new schemes and migration of in‑flight projects.
* Develop skills and knowledge to support project delivery equivalent to a Digital Construction and Information Coordinator by the end of the placement.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate student in Built Environment, Information Management, Computer Science or Engineering.
* Interest in a career in the water sector focused on Digital Construction, BIM, data analytics and smart infrastructure.
* Flexible, able to work from home, and capable of independent travel between work sites.
