Production Team Leader (Days/Afters rotation)

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a large industrial manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to head up a busy welding and fabrication cell.
Key responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include:
* Tracking daily performance and taking action when targets aren’t being hit
* Embedding continuous improvement tools (SIC, DCI) into the day-to-day to boost efficiency
* Training, developing, and supporting your team whilst handling performance issues when needed
* Working closely with your opposite shift Team Leader to keep things running smoothly around the clock
* Being the key voice for your value stream in daily production meetings
We're looking for Production Team Leaders with the below skills and experience:
* Previous experience leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
* Confident using MS Office & Excel
* Strong eye for safety, risk, and problem-solving
* IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications would be beneficial
* Comfortable using CI tools and lean techniques
