Key Responsibilities
* Design and Planning: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive designs and plans for infrastructure, utilities, and site development.
* Project Management: Oversee project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
* Sustainability Integration: Implement sustainable practices in design and construction to meet environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, contractors, and community stakeholders to align project goals with local needs.
* Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project development and construction.
* Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to designs, specifications, and quality standards.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred for Senior Civil Engineer).
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent accreditation (preferred but not mandatory).

* Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
