£13.51 per hour

Your role
* Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives
* Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care
* Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
* Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
* Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care
Requirements
* Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
* Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service
* Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable
* Clear and supportive communicator with a flexible approach
* Kind, respectful and passionate about supporting older people
