Centred on our state-of-the-art Technical Centre in Brackley, in the heart of the UK\'s Motorsport Valley, but also at our North American base on the East Coast of the US, we are building a team that reflects our ambitions.
We are now looking for people with a winning mindset and passion for technical excellence to help us shape the next chapter of Garage 59.
We’re looking for a highly skilled Machinist to support the precision engineering and fabrication of components for our GT3 race cars and our growing fleet of high-end luxury vehicles—including historic and modern Formula 1 cars.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision components for race and road vehicles.
* Fabricate custom parts and assemblies to support race car development and restoration projects.
* Work from technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Collaborate with engineers and mechanics to meet performance and reliability targets.
* Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Support rapid turnaround of components during race season and testing programmes.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a machinist in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering.
* Skilled in manual milling, turning, and CNC operation.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Experience working with aluminium, titanium, carbon composites, and other motorsport-grade materials.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for engineering excellence.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
