As HR Advisor, youll support a wide range of businesses, helping them stay compliant, manage people issues confidently and reduce risk, all within a supportive consultancy environment.
Your role will include:
* Providing clear, accurate Human Resources advice to clients by phone and email
* Managing varied casework including grievance, disciplinary and absence matters
* Drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks and employment documentation
* Maintaining accurate case notes on the internal case management system
* Managing and updating Human Resources systems, including BreatheHR
* Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and add value
