Contract Details:
* Position: Operations Assistant (Front Office)
* Pay: £140 to £240 Paye
* Contract Length: 6 months (With Possible extension)
What You'll Do:
* Client Onboarding & Reviews: Assist in the administration of client onboardings and periodic reviews, working closely with Relationship Managers and other internal teams.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
* Coordination: Liaise with various internal stakeholders to monitor progress against deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate operational setups.
* Issue Resolution: Collaborate effectively to resolve operational issues and elevate concerns as necessary.
* Customer Fulfillment: Support customer requests and assist the Oversight & Control team with ad hoc tasks.
