Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established, growing West Yorkshire business based in the Bradford area, which is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join the business and support the customer service team.
As Customer Services Team Leader, you will play a key role within the Customer Services Team. You will use your experience and expertise to be the first point of contact for complex and technical queries of the team and will provide additional support to the Customer Care and Quality Manager and Customer Services Manager.

What skills are we looking for?
* 3 or more years' experience within customer service, ideally within a team leader/managerial role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
