Talent Sourcer – French Speaking (London or Berlin)

What You’ll Do:
As part of the team of Talent Partners, you will support primarily with building the database of candidates for our client.
You will work closely with the Talent Partners, supporting them with a pipeline of candidates actively approached on different databases. You will engage with the candidates via email and on the phone, and ensure the records on our candidate database are up-to-date.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Sourcing top talent via different databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter
* Proactively reaching out to candidates via email and phone
* Do first short screening calls with candidates
* Ensuring the candidate details on the database are up-to-date
* Advertising roles, to drive candidate engagement
* Closely cooperate with the responsible Talent Partner
Who You Are:
* Strong experience in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other database using Boolean Search
* Fluent in French
* Ideally some experience in sourcing for supply chain / warehouse management roles
* Great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Extremely customer centric, giving our candidates an outstanding service
* Process driven, managing candidate expectations and delivering to deadlines
* A team player with the ability to work well with a wide range of people
