You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a starting salary of £24,000-25,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
* Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
* Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
